Fall Floral Pumpkin Workshop
Create your own adorable fall themed table arrangement this year using a real pumpkin and farm grown florals from Sweetbriar Flower Farm! Join us for a magical evening of flowers on the farm on October 7th, 2024 at an intimate, open-air flower workshop. Create your own adorable fall themed pumpkin table arrangement this year using a real pumpkin and favourite fall blooms like dahlias, zinnias, cosmos and sunflowers grown right here on the farm in Langley. With a demonstration by Brooke, the farmer-florist and owner of Sweetbriar Flower Farm and one-on-one instruction, our workshops are designed to give you the skills you need to create your own beautifully unique arrangement. You will leave the workshop with your centrepiece, a step-by-step guide for future reference and the skills, confidence and inspiration to arrange flowers for any occasion.
Workshops take place in an outdoor covered area for protection from the elements but please take care to dress for the weather. Workshops start at 5:30pm and run approximately 2.5-3 hours. No experience is required. Non-alcoholic beverages, as well as all materials and tools including a pumpkin, mechanics, flowers and clippers will be provided. Please bring your own gloves. Price is for one, sales are final.
If you are hoping to have your centrepiece for Thanksgiving please note that flowers may need to be refreshed before the holiday for best results. Attendees will receive a coupon for a discount on a fresh bouquet or dahlia bunch to freshen up their arrangement and practice their skills.
We are so excited to welcome you to the farm and share our love of flowers with you!
